You do not need to be flexible to start yoga. Movements are approached step by step and everyone works within their own range of motion. If you are new to yoga or returning after a longer break, Hatha Yoga, Gentle Flow or Chair Yoga are often a good place to start.
A phrase often heard in the studio: Motivation follows frustration.

Gentle Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow is a dynamic class that combines clear guidance with flowing movement. The session begins with gentle mobility exercises before moving into a sequence of standing and floor-based postures connected through small flows.
The practice is slightly more energising and physically engaging than a classic beginner class, offering gentle challenges for strength, balance and coordination. The steady movement helps build focus, release energy and create a sense of vitality in both body and mind.
